About the Photographer

Like all good discoveries, my love of photography was a fluke. I got my Canon 100D as an early 21st birthday present for an upcoming trip to Rome, and I never really looked back. Embarrassingly, I didn't even know how to take a picture with it at first, but I soon picked up how to work "The Cannon", which is the rather unoriginal nickname I've given my camera.

During my gap year, I practiced with my camera relentlessly, improving what I already knew and going into different fields. I tried out music photography, travelled to Spain to try my hand at capturing Formula 1 cars, and worked on my editing.

In May 2017, GH Photography was born, originally as a platform to showcase my F1 images, but soon expanding to Sports, Music and everything in between. Now I've created this website, I want to invest in better equipment, experiment with videography and try my hand at other fields too. I'm very excited for the future.

I originally got my camera because I travelled, now it seems like I travel because of my camera, and I'm not complaining.
