For those of you that don't know, I help cover Coffeehouse session at the Huddersfield Student's Union. The event takes place weekly and shows off two acts which tour England over two weeks, visiting over a dozen uni campus' along the way. First up this week was South African singer, Matt Carstens. He described himself as "indiepop" and a big fan of Ed Shearan, which shows with his style of music. Below are some of the photos I got of him:

Next up were Germein, all-sister indie group from Australia who have supported huge acts like Little Mix in the recent past. They had the SU rocking like I've never seen an act on Coffeehouse Tour do before, they're a real talent. They even covered a Queen song pretty well, something very difficult to do.
